The Experience Designer is needed to design and create compelling digital experiences for websites, apps, and other things that don't yet exist. As part of a talented team, you will develop and produce visual designs, animations, prototypes, and concepts.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of UX/UI design, your thought process, and how you contributed to solving specific problems using functional designs.
• Endless curiosity
• English level B2 or above
• Experience in UI/UX design for 5+ years

• Articulate design decisions in individual and group critiques
• Establish relationships with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Customer Experience, and Operations and work closely together.
• For UX research purposes, interview customers and employees.
• To implement visual interfaces in a functional and real web app, use Front-End codes like HTML, CSS and Javascript.
