• Leadership of large-scale enterprise-wide initiatives that bring about transformation and change within an organization
• Experience in managing software development projects for 5+ years
• Proficiency in creating project plans using MS Project or Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership experience

• Set expectations with both internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for determining the resource requirements and identifying and working together with other leaders to identify qualified team members to fulfill project deliverables.
• Monitor and control the project's progress.
• Weekly/regular updates via Project Management System and weekly meetings with Project Team

• Strong emphasis on learning quickly and staying current with new technologies.
• Close involvement with local technical communities
• Ability to solve challenging technical business problems
