We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer who is focused on empathy and user-centric design.

• Ability to work in an environment that is fluid, fast-paced, and agile with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to communicate and support the development team, especially on the front-end.
• Scaling design systems: Experience

• You can create conceptual illustrations, storyboards, workflows, stories and storyboards.
• Make wireframes, mockups, illustrations, and animations to clearly show how digital experiences work and look.
• Make consistent visual designs and prototypes that are detailed and obsessive across all platforms and domains. This includes responsive designs, mobile design, and annotated deliverables such as style guides and wireframes.
• Assume responsibility for all client and app user experiences and help troubleshoot outages and issues.

• Confidence, tact, and a persuasive manner
• Takes initiative and is resourceful—problem solver who will try to figure things out her/himself but knows when to ask for help.
• A willingness and ability to work under deadline pressure
