We are seeking Scrum Masters to join the Development team. They will be participating in various projects that involve multi-cultural teams from all over the globe. • Demonstrate leadership and influence skills that result in alignment with business stakeholders, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams
• The Scrum approach requires the knowledge of a variety of well-documented patterns, and techniques to fill in the gaps.
• Intermediate level English (B2)
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSM-APO) - Agile Coaching, Facilitation, and Leadership

• You should have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks for software development projects.
• Experience in software development and testing is an asset. Scrum master certification also helps.
• You should have experience planning, executing, and implementing multiple projects using an agile framework (Scrum is required).
• Assisting the team in any way possible using a servant leadership style and leading by example.
