• Troubleshoots production and business issues by gathering information (for instance, issue, impact and criticality; performing root cause analysis to reduce future problems; engaging support teams; developing solutions; driving development of an action program; performing actions as directed in the plan; interpreting results to determine next steps; and completing online documentation.
• Our mobile app allows you to work with back-office, clinical and operational teams to solve problems from all angles.
• Use modern and clean transitions and animations to create a great user experience.
• Assist in the development of our mobile apps, from architecture to coding to release.
